Wine Tasting

With an on-staff sommieler, one of our greatest passions is creating the wine dinner. Whether 8 guests or 80 guests, this style of party is perfect for the most intimate special friends.

With approximately 10 courses, we pair appropriate wines that will match not only the food flavors but your financial comfort level as well! Every bite special, every presentation created with love, and finely selected wines that seduce the palette. What a wonderful way to treat the most special friends to an evening of Epicurean delights!

  • chipotle barbecued duck rillette-mango spring rolls
  • black berry and foie gras mousse topped with osetra caviar
  • chinese 5 spice portabella fries with a sambal buttermilk dipping sauce
  • Seared scallop and truffle with a lobster reduction
  • roasted 'chinos' corn-lemongrass soup and roasted red bell pepper soup
  • micro greens with poached pear-citrus vinaigrette served with a terrene of pepper seared ahi, avocado and goat cheese.
  • applewood bacon crusted filet mignon with a vanilla-peach and coconut reduction served with wasabi-creme fraiche potato cakes and daikon radish and caramelized fennel slaw
