black and white nylon checked table cloths, black and white chairs,
and vivid splashes of red everywhere! And the coolest thing? Every
centerpiece is a 16"x 24" hand sculpted cake that is
an exact replication of the iconoclastic bands that ALL members
of the family love! Finish it off with stunning red rose arrangements
nestled in black and white striped pots...wow!

- wild mushroom, goat cheese and olive pizzas

- lemongrass and ginger carrot soup with roasted vegetable spring

- micro-greens with oven dried heirloom tomato, smoked mozzarella
and roasted vegetable terrine served with balsamic-stilton cheese
vinaigrette and chipolte-spiced polenta croutons
- 5-spice roasted duck breast with wasabi risotto cakes, a sake
wine-pomegranate reduction and a ragout of morel mushrooms and
sweet onion - also splashed with a saffron oil
